We live in a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment with modern appliances. The building was just opened 2 years ago and we were the first people to ever live in the apartment. Two things this apartment boasts is very high ceilings (5m) and plenty of natural sunlight which you don’t really get in Boston. Being just outside of Boston, you get a more quiet and clean living space with downtown being just a train ride away. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from both the C and B lines which can take you to and from the city in 20 mins. The building also has very nice amenities on the second floor which include: a full gym, study/work area with kitchenette, and a very big outdoor patio with seats, a fireplace, sunbeds, cabanas, and multiple grills to enjoy during the warmer seasons. There is a CVS connected to the building and a Whole Foods right across the street (10 second walk). The building is also pet-friendly with a pet wash room and bike storage as well.
