There are two bathrooms, each with their own shower. Roommates are 4 male Northeastern students/recent graduates, who are all very respectful and contribute to keeping the apartment tidy. A washer and dryer are located in-unit, right outside the bedroom door, and don’t require any additional cost to operate. The apartment also has a front and back porch, which are lovely to sit out on during the summer. It’s right across from McLaughlin Park, and is just a 15-20 min walk to Northeastern campus. Both Green & Orange lines are easily accessible.

The room will come fully furnished, including a desk, dresser, desk chair, bedside table, & clothing rack, with the option to include the bed frame + mattress for $100. The room has excellent closet space and great views of the park. In the summer, the central cooling keeps the room at a perfect temperature.
