Hi! This unit is located about a 5min walk from the Brigham Circle GL T-stop and 39 bus. It is also about a 10min walk from the Roxbury Crossing OL T-stop. It is walking distance from Dunkin, Stop&Shop, Walgreens, and various food options.

The room is relatively spacious and has *ample* closet space.

You will be staying with 2 recently graduated male roommates. They’re not disruptive and keep to themselves. The unit is also located between two units consisting of primarily Northeastern students. I’ve never had noise troubles with them. Utilities such as electricity, gas, heat, and internet is split evenly amongst everyone. There is a washer and dryer in the triplex shared between units. A sublet contract will most likely have to be signed.

If there are any maintenance issues, you may submit maintenance requests via the brokerage group associated with the triplex. I will put you in contact with them during the process.

FURNISHING: I am more than happy to sell you my twin mattress, bed frame, and mobile closet rack. Just let me know.
