The apartment is a two-story unit with three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. The room available for rent is on the ground floor. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators (one per floor), and a shared living and dining area. The building also has two washers and two dryers available exclusively for residents.

Each roommate uses their own kitchenware—utensils, plates, pots, etc.—so these are not shared. Please note that the rent covers the room only. Furnishings and essentials like a bed with bedding, TV, desk, drawer, chair, mirrors, and kitchen items are not included in the rent and must be purchased separately. We can discuss which items you’d like to keep and agree on a fair price.

Currently, there are 4 men and 2 women living in the apartment (including myself), all undergraduate students at Tecnológico de Monterrey and originally from Mexico. Everyone is between 21 and 22 years old. Two of the male roommates are planning to renew the lease starting September 1st, 2025, so there's a possibility for a lease renewal if you're interested.
