BC SPRING 2026 sublet 7 bed, 2 bath, 5 subletters needed

About this listing

We are 4 Boston College students (current sophomores) living in a 9 bed house during the spring 2026 semester. We are looking for 5 subletters (preferably students) to fill the extra rooms in the house. There are two floors in the house and 2 bathrooms. There is 1 single bedroom and 2 double bedroom available so whoever offers first will have their choice of what room they want. Furniture will be included since we are going to buy it off of the previous tenants (you will have to split that cost with the kids living in the house first semester). The house in located on Foster street in the main area of BC off campus housing.

Gus Zebicoff (from NYC), Andrew Eschmann (from Long Island, NY), Callum Reen (from Pelham, NY), Andrew Craig (from MA) We are all econ majors, we like to go out and have fun, we also like to chill play xbox and watch sports. Callum and Andrew (Eschmann) are on the club lacrosse team.
