About this listing

You will have a private bedroom on our second floor with a personal AC system! The bed frame, mattress, storage, desk, chair, and AC system all come for free with the room so no need to purchase anything. There are 2.5 baths, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a cozy living room, great backyard for hanging out outside during the summer, and a basement with a washing machine and dryer. We also have parking spots in our driveway if you have a car!

If you choose to sublet, I will ask you to fill out sublease agreement forms before moving in and that you pay the first month of rent prior to moving in as well.

*A discount will be offered if you have a friend who is also interesting in subletting another bedroom!
